By accessing or using The Scaffold Software platform at thescaffoldsoftware.co.uk (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

The Scaffold Software provides a cloud-based business management platform designed for scaffolding companies. The Service includes project management, quoting, invoicing, compliance management, workforce scheduling, hire tracking, and related business tools.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
7. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be deactivated.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Scaffold Software and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Scaffold Software and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
Our total liability for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any defects or errors will be corrected.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Scaffold Software and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
